Takes me back to quarter eating 8 bit NES. Very nice, a little repetitive, but so were most of the games it's modeled off of.
I was having so much fun until...
I got stuck in a wall in the 1st dungeon and there was no way to reset bomb my way out or anything. Please make a way to reset character to the beginning of a dungeon if it glitches.
press space. then select go home.
You have good skills and graphics are nice....but
my player kept getting stuck drifting to one direction. It kept getting me killed and was very frustrating, couldn't finish.

C'mon guys this even says "Beta" and it's this good? Yes you can kind of cheat with the hurricane kick over and over, and it does almost take glitching the keyboard into thinking back and forward are pressed simultaneously to beat a barrage of fireballs, but these are akin to infernos never ending tackle in the original arcade killer instinct or the "dammit stop doing throw after throw" glitches of original SF2. For a beta this blows everything out of the water. Sure more moves and stuff would be nice, but I don't expect them on a beta. i was impressed with the lack of lag and the AI actually got a little smarter each level. Good Job.

Gameplay was nice but too short. Good art no lag but far too many screens that you just breeze by with no real interaction. Four for the 4 minutes it took.
Very fun, I like the concept and execution
Only one big problem, please consider left handed users. I use the mouse with my left hand and when using the right hand for arrows (asdf is worse) the space to jump is inconvienient. Please add up arrow to jump or a reassign keys option.
